CAMPBELL-SAVONA - Canisteo-Greenwood went a perfect 7-0 to win the Campbell-Savona-Bradford Holiday Duels on Saturday.
Addison took second with a 6-1 record, Bolivar-Richburg was third, going 5-2 and Campbell-Savona-Bradford went 3-4 for third place.
Hunter Kurtz (106 pounds), Bryson Terwilliger (113 pounds), Chris Graham (120 pounds), Brad Cheek (138 pounds), John Davis (152 pounds), Zander Sharp (160 pounds) and Curtis Quick (182 pounds) all went 7-0 for the Redskins.
Noah Green (99 pounds), Jacob Miller (145 pounds) and Anthony Burdick (126 pounds) finished a perfect 7-0 on the day for Addison. Aidan Green went 3-1 for the Knights at 113 pounds and Ethan Howe (120 pounds), Logan Windnagle (132 pounds), Anthony Stewart (138 pounds) and Colby Jones (180 pounds) all finished 6-1 on the day.
Rameryn Sheldon (220 pounds) and Ethan Voorhees (285 pounds) went a perfect 7-0 for Watkins Glen.
For Campbell-Savona-Bradford, Jaycob Parveski (132 pounds) and Dakota Thomas (170 pounds) each went 6-1.
Non-league boys basketball
Addison 102, Williamson 49
ADDISON - Addison hit 18 three-pointers on its way to a 102-49 win over Williamson on Saturday.
Danny Ames had 28 of his 31 points in the first half that included four 3-pointers and Nick Sutryk put up 19 points in the first half including five 3-pointers. Ames also added eight rebounds, seven assists and six steals.
The Knights cruised to the victory after a 58-24 lead at halftime.
Sutryk finished with 24 points and Adam Chilson added 17 points, six assists and five steals.
Addison improves to 3-0 with the win and will travel to Hammondsport on Monday at 7:15 p.m.
Sam Fish led Williamson with 13 points and Kolby Allen chipped in 11 points.
Jasper-Troupsburg 63, Arkport-Caneseraga 10
JASPER- Jasper-Troupsburg cruised to a 63-10 victory over Arkport-Caneseraga on Saturday.
Connor VanGorden had 15 points to lead the Wildcats and Devin Hawkins added 13 points.
Zack Prial had eight points to lead Arkport-Caneseraga.
“I thought defensively we were able to turn it up,” Wildcat head coach Tom Price said. "We got a chance for everyone to play tonight."
J-T improves to 4-1 and will travel to Northern-Potter on Monday at 7:15 p.m. in its next game.
Indoor track and field
Rams break two school records at meet
HOUGHTON - Bath performed well and broke two school records at its indoor track meet at Houghton Colelge on Saturday.
Angela Beyler ran to a time of 12:11.8 in the 3,000 meter run for a sixth place finish, breaking the previous school record by 24 seconds.
“She ran great, it was really impressive for a girl who just really started competing,” Bath head coach Todd Ludden said.
Henry Graner took sixth in the weight throw with a throw of 36’4”, also breaking the school record.
“He threw really well,” said Ludden. He’s a great kid and a senior this year for us.”
Trevor Boss won the triple jump for the Rams in 39’6.25” and took eighth in the long jump with a jump of 18’.25”
In the womens weight throw, Vanessa Robertson took second with a throw of 34’2.5” and eighth in shot put 27’5.75”.
Bath will travel to R.I.T. next Friday at 6 p.m.
