HORSEHEADS - Binghamton got offensive in its 69-44 win over the Blue Raiders in Horseheads on Tuesday in a STAC girls basketball matchup.

The Patriots got off to a 33-20 start in the first 16 minutes on the strength of 11 points from Annie Ramil and 10 points from Kaziah Ross.

Binghamton kept its foot on the gas in the third quarter, outscoring the Blue Raiders 22-11. Lexi Gruss recorded 10 points in the quarter.

Gross, Ramil and Ross all posted 16 points for the Patriots.

Jillian Casey led Horseheads with 15 points along with three 3-pointers and Alli Richmond added 11 points and three 3-pointers.

Binghamton improves to 9-0 with the win.

Horseheads' record now stands at 7-3 overall and will travel to Corning on Friday at 7:45 in its next contest.
