Lewis knocked down a trio of 3-pointers for the Knights. Chris Hand chipped in 11 points.
Hammondsport was led by 12 points and 11 rebounds from Matt Peterson, while Danny Becker netted eight points.
Hammondsport travels to Prattsburgh for a 7:15 p.m. game on Thursday.

PRATTSBURGH | Campbell-Savona’s Mitchell Allen hit four 3-pointers in the Panthers’ 66-57 victory over Prattsburgh Tuesday.
Allen scored 26 points on the night. Alex Nolton had 16 points and Tyler VanDerhoff chipped in seven points.
Prattsburgh was led by Isaiah King, who scored 27 points, including Prattsburgh’s only two 3-pointers. Michael Schuck recorded 17 points and pulled down nine rebounds.
Prattsburgh will host Hammondsport at 7:15 p.m. Thursday.

Odessa-Montour 50/Bradford 49
BRADFORD | Odessa-Montour’s Ryan Gardner hit two free throws with 2.2 seconds remaining to lift the Indians over Bradford.
The Indians were led by Matt Kautz who scored 21 points. Morgan Shutter recorded 12 points and Gardner chipped in eight.
Jesse Houck’s 18 points led the Braves. Marvin Kelly had 13 points, while Eric Calkins added 12.
Bradford will travel to face Jasper-Troupsburg on Feb. 8 in the first round of the SCAA tournament.
