"Just did the RADDEST tattoo on @MileyCyrus -a miniature rendition of a daVinci anatomical heart!" Von D tweeted Friday afternoon.
Cyrus has yet to comment about her new ink, but she said last week she's taking a break from Twitter due to all the speculation about her relationship with Hemsworth. Conflicting reports say the two have called it quits or are trying to work on their relationship. Cyrus remains in Los Angeles while Hemsworth is on vacation in Australia.
