Vivian M. Stiles, age 89, of Campbell, passed away on Sunday, March 21 at Founders Pavilion. She was born on Nov. 27, 1920 in Bingham Township, Pennsylvania, the daughter of Gaylord and Hazel Mae (Naylor) Jeffers.

Vivian M. Stiles, age 89, of Campbell, passed away on Sunday, March 21 at Founders Pavilion. She was born on Nov. 27, 1920 in Bingham Township, Pennsylvania, the daughter of Gaylord and Hazel Mae (Naylor) Jeffers.
Vivian retired from Corning Hospital and volunteered at the Corning Senior Center and Meals on Wheels. She enjoyed crafts, embroidery, and spending time with her grandchildren and greatgrandson.
She is survived by her daughters, Judy (William) Haight and Sue Taft, both of Campbell; sisters, Alice Flynn of Galeton, Pennsylvnia and Kathleen Blencowe of Olean, New York; brother, Elwin (Mary) Jeffers of Ulysses, Pennsylvania; grandson, William (Margie) Haight of Pulteney; granddaughter, Sherri (Joseph) Patterson of Corning; great-grandson, Michael Patterson; step-greatgrandchildren, Laura Smith and Taylar Erway Libator; several nieces, nephews, and cousins; and special friends, The Copp Family.
In addition to her parents, Vivian was predeceased by her sisters, Bonnie Mattison and Laura McClintock; brothers, Amer and Leland Jeffers; and a niece, Sheila Mattison.
Family and friends were invited to call from 2-4 p.m. Thursday, March 25 at Carpenter's Funeral Home, LLC, 14 E. Pulteney Street in Corning. A funeral service followed at 4 p.m. Burial will take place at Hope Cemetery in Campbell.
