Endangering the welfare
BATH | Christopher Donald Lee, 34, of 315 Haverling St., was charged July 16 with endangering the welfare of a child.

Disorderly conduct
BATH | Thomas Charles Chatman, Jr., 61, of 3 E. William St., Apt. 302, was charged July 16 with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and open container.

Criminal possession
BATH| Robert Long, 55, of 33 First St., Rochester, was charged July 17 with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.

Felony DWI
BATH | Thomas Franklin Rosenbalm, 32, of 8580 Main St., Apt. 201,  Savona, was charged July 18 with felony driving while intoxicated, felony driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or greater and unlicensed operator.

Assault
BATH | Keith Clinton Graves, 53, of 7719 State Route 53, was charged July 18 with third-degree assault and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon.

Petit larceny
BATH | John Joseph Sweet, 47, of 10 Howell St., was charged Monday with petit larceny.

STEUBEN SHERIFFS
Warrants
WHEELER | Deputies report the arrest of Robert Ernest Wood, 35, of the town of Wheeler. Deputies, New York State Police and the Bath Police Department took Wood into custody without incident on two outstanding warrants. Wood was charged on a arrest warrant with felony criminal mischief in the third-degree. Allegedly Wood did damage to a Steuben County patrol vehicle while in custody on a domestic violence arrest during the month of March 2012. Wood has been at large since failing to reappear for sentencing in April 2012 on those domestic violence charges. Wood was arraigned in the town of Wheeler court and remanded with no bail to the Steuben County Jail. Bail was set at $1,000 on the bench warrant for his failure to appear for sentencing for the second-degree criminal contempt.

Several charges
ERWIN | Deputies report the arrest of a Cameron resident July 22 following a traffic stop on State Route 417 in the town of Erwin. Robert K. Wilson, of County Route 119, Cameron was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, inadequate taillights, improper license plates and unlicensed operator. Wilson was arraigned in the town of Erwin court and remanded to the Steuben County Jail unable to post $1,500 cash bail. Wilson will appear in the town of Erwin court at a later date.

Criminal contempt
BATH | Deputies report the arrest of Elizabeth A. Gordon, 24, of Bath on July 18 for second-degree criminal contempt. After Gordon arrived at the Steuben County Stop DWI Victim Impact Panel after consuming alcohol. Gordon was processed and issued a court appearance ticket to appear in the village of Bath court at a later date.

Violation of probation
CAMPBELL | Deputies report the arrest of Keith J. Johnson, 21, of County Route 1, Campbell on July 19 for violation of probation. Johnson was arraigned in the town of Campbell court and remanded to the Steuben County Jail. Bail was set at $5,000 cash and $10,000 property. Johnson will appear in the town of Campbell court at a later date.
