Steuben County Grand Jury for June 5, 2011.
• James Steffen, 27, of Oneida Road, Elmira, was charged with third-degree burglary, a class D felony; third-degree grand larceny, a class D felony; and second-degree criminal impersonation, a class A misdemeanor. He allegedly entered a building March 3 in Erwin and stole property with value in excess of $3,000.
• Raymond Labarron, 46, of Slater Creek Road, Canaseraga, was charged with second-degree assault, a class D felony; driving while intoxicated, a class D felony; and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. On April 22 in Hornell, he allegedly drove drunk and injured a police officer in the process.
• Steven Peck, 56, of Cayuta Street, Corning, was charged with first-degree burglary, a class B felony; third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a class D felony; and related misdemeanors. He allegedly entered a dwelling April 10 in Corning with the intent to commit a crime while possessing a weapon.
• Keith Frailey, 32, of Faucett Road, Bath, was charged with first-degree burglary, a class B felony; second-degree burglary, a class C felony; and related misdemeanors. He allegedly entered two dwellings April 11 with the intent to commit a crime in each.
