    Several charges
    • BATH | John H. Williams, 52, of E. Steuben St., Bath, was charged Feb. 22 with driving while intoxicated, .08 percent blood alcohol content or more, leaving the scene/PDAA, following too closely and operating a motor vehicle while using a cell phone.
    • BATH | Dennis J. Keelen, 64, of Veterans Ave., Bath, was charged Feb. 24 with no seat belt, failure to change address, no inspection, unregistered motor vehicle, no insurance, inadequate/no muffler and improper plates.
    • BATH | Travis E. Southard, 25, of County Route 119, Addison, was charged March 4 with first-degree burglary, second-degree robbery, fourth-degree conspiracy and petit larceny.
    • BATH | Joseph Ruben Bennett, 52, of N. Main St., Kanona, was charged March 5 with petit larceny and violation of parole.
    • BATH | Alice M. Belcer, 42, of Davenport Hill Rd., Bath, was charged March 9 with speed in zone (40/25) and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.
    • BATH | Toni M. Wheet, 28, of California Ave., Elmira Heights, was charged March 10 with failure to change address and unregistered motor vehicle.
    • BATH |  Laci J. Ribble, 20, of University Ave., Atlanta, was charged March 10 with passing a stop sign, unlicensed operator, unsafe tire and no inspection.
    • BATH | Sarah M. Moore, 29, of Roberts Hollow Rd., Lowman, was charged March 15 with unregistered motor vehicle and no child restraint.
    • BATH | Gordon M. Burdick, 45, of Germania Hill Rd., Hammondsport, was charged March 17 with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and following too close.
    • BATH | Joshua L. Angle, 28, of County Rd. 63, Savannah, MO, was charged March 17 with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, unregistered trailer and insufficient trailer lamps.
    • BATH | Evan L. Mcafee, 25, of County Rte. 97, Hammondsport, was charged March 17 with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and no inspection.
    Disorderly conduct
    BATH | Ryan S. Muller, 30, of Rumsey St., Bath, was charged Feb. 25 with disorderly conduct.
    Violation of probation
    BATH | Forrest C. Smith, 19, of E. Williams St., Bath, was charged Feb. 28 with violation of probation out of Tompkins County.
    Unlicensed operator
    BATH | Robert Lee Harley, 29, of Cruger St., Bath, was charged March 2 with unlicensed operation.
    Petit larceny
    • BATH | Darrell Robert Buckley, 42, of E. William St., Bath, was charged March 3 with petit larceny.
    • BATH | Amisha G. Patel, 31, of Rumsey St., Bath, was charged March 5 with petit larceny.
    • BATH | Brooke Ashley Hansen, 18, of Main St., Hammondsport, was charged March 9 with petit larceny.
    • BATH | Michael Wayne Adams, 45, of W. Morris St., Bath, was charged March 16 with petit larceny.
    Falsely reporting an incident
    BATH | Joshua Randolph Tompkins, 22, of Cold Springs Rd., Bath, was charged March 4 with third-degree falsely reporting an incident.
    Using a Cell phone
    • BATH | Kurt P. Phillipson, 36, of Davis Ave., Hammondsport, was charged March 5 with operating a motor vehicle while using a cell phone.

    Menacing
    BATH | Edward L. Hammond, 53, of State Rte. 53, Bath, was charged March 6 with second-degree menacing.

    BATH | Timothy Martin Fitzpatrick, 58, of Liberty St., Bath, was charged March 16 with open container.
    Consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle
    • BATH | Kyle D. Campbell, 26, of Wayne, was charged March 17 with consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
    • BATH | Daniel Jason Barton, 24, of State Rte., 54, Hammondsport, was charged March 17 with consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
    • BATH | Joel Matthew Cook, 21, of State Rte. 230, Wayne, was charged March 17 with consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
    STEUBEN SHERIFFS
    AUO
    BATH | Deputies report the arrest of Christopher M. Obrochta, 31, of Howard. Obrochta was charged with two counts third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. The charges are based on two separate complaints from Steuben County Probation Department alleging that Obrochta operated a motor vehicle. Allegedly Obrocta operated a motor vehicle in the village of Bath with a suspended New York state driver's license in the month of February and March 2013. Obrochta will appear in the village of Bath court at a later date.
    Warrant
    • PULTENEY | Deputies report the arrest of Dana E. Hansen, 49, of Pulteney on March 9. Hansen was taken into custody on two outstanding warrants issued out of the village of Penn Yan. Hansen tried eluding detection by hiding in an attached work shed at the house deputies were checking. One of the deputies observed a hand emerge from behind the back door and a person attempting to look out the back door opening that lead to the back yard. Hansen surrendered without incident and was transported to a location and turned over to the Penn Yan Police Department. The warrants he was taking into custody on were an arrest warrant for third-degree bail jumping and a bench warrant for failure to reappear on a aggravated unlicensed operations and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
    • BATH | Deputies report the arrest of Jena A. Vanskiver, 28, of Elizabeth St., Dansville on a warrant of arrest out of Muscogee County, GA, for violation of probation on March 16. Vanskiver was arraigned in the town of Bath court and is being held at the Steuben County Jail. Vanskiver will appear in County court at a later date.
