  • • Justin J. Perry, 25, of Bradford, was charged with third-degree burglary, a class D felony; third-degree criminal mischief, a class E felony; third-degree grand larceny, a class D felony; and fourth-degree grand larceny, a class E felony.

  • • Justin J. Perry, 25, of Bradford, was charged with third-degree burglary, a class D felony; third-degree criminal mischief, a class E felony; third-degree grand larceny, a class D felony; and fourth-degree grand larceny, a class E felony. He allegedly broke into Swift’s Tree Farm Thurston on Oct. 6. During the alleged burglary, he allegedly caused damage and stole thousands of dollars worth of property. Separately, Perry was charged with tampering with physical evidence, a class E felony, and third-degree criminal mischief.
    He is accused of destroying evidence from the alleged burglary.
    • Julie Poklinkowski, 51, of Hammondsport, was charged with felony driving while intoxicated and resisting arrest, a misdemeanor.
    She allegedly drove drunk April 2 in Urbana and resisted arrest. Separately, she was charged with felony driving while intoxicated for allegedly driving drunk May 1 in Urbana.
    • April M. Zyla, 35, of Hammondsport, was charged with felony aggravated driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated.
    She allegedly drove drunk with a child in the vehicle Jan. 1 in Urbana.
    • Earl W. Jimerson, 47, of Wayland, was charged with third-degree burglary and petit larceny. He allegedly burglarized a Cohocton home Nov. 4.
    • Kyle J. Ellsworth, 18, of Corning, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a class D felony. He allegedly possessed a switchblade knife Jan. 3 in Corning.
    • William C. Coop, 21, of Windham, was charged with first-degree sexual abuse, a class D felony; unlawful imprisonment, a misdemeanor; and unlawfully dealing with a child, a misdemeanor. He allegedly restrained a person and had sexual contact with the person by forcible compulsion July 21 in Bath.
    • Ramon Rivera Jr., 22, of Hornell, was charged with two counts of second-degree assault, a class D felony, and endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor. He allegedly caused serious physical injury to a child under 7 years old March 6 in Hornell.
