    Assault
    BATH | Tony Antoine Blugh, 16, of Allison Lane, Bath, was charged Feb. 7 with third-degree assault.
    Failure to change address
    BATH | James D. Benton, 48, of W. Bloomfield Rd., Pittsford, NY, was charged Feb. 17 with failure to change address.
    Disorderly conduct
    BATH | Brenda Rae Estep, 32, of Johns St., Elmira, was charged Feb. 19 with disorderly conduct.
    Unlicensed operator
    BATH | Robert Lee Harley, 29, of Cruger St., Bath, was charged Feb. 20 with unlicensed operator.
    STEUBEN SHERIFFS
    Warrant
    BATH | Deputies report the arrest of Heath M. Cummings, 28, of County Route 10, Cameron. Cummings was arrested on an arrest warrant for violation of probation. Cummings was speaking with his probation officer at the Steuben County Office Building. After meeting with Cummings, noting that something was not right, Cummings had violated his probation, the probation officer filed the necessary paper with the Steuben County court and a warrant was issued. Cummings was taken into custody in the probation office without incident. Cummings was arraigned and remanded to the Steuben County Jail. He will appear in court at a later date.
    Several charges
    • BATH | Troopers report the arrest of Ronald L. Clark, 38, of Roosevelt Avenue, Bath. Clark was charged with first-degree criminal sexual act and endangering the welfare of a child. Investigation revealed that Clark engaged in sexual conduct with a child less than 11 years of age at a town of Bath residence in July of 2012. Clark was arraigned in the town of Bath court and remanded to the Steuben County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash/$20,000 property bond.
    • BATH | Deputies report the arrest of Deborah L. Smtih, 53, of E. Morris St., Bath, for driving while intoxicated. On Feb. 17 at about 9:14 p.m. deputies conducted a traffic stop on West Washington St., Bath. Smith was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage and was unlicensed. Smith was charged with failing to use designated lane, unlicensed operation, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, driving wile intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content more than .18 percent. Smith was arraigned in the village of Bath court and released on her own recognizance. Smith will appear in the village of Bath court at a later date.
    • COHOCTON | Deputies report of a motor vehicle accident that occurred on Lint Hill Rd., Cohocton on Feb. 17. At about 11:13 p.m. deputies were dispatched for a report of a truck which struck a NYSEG utility pole causing a small power outage. The operator of the truck, Donald W. Fairbrother, 24, of Weidman Rd., Wayland was traveling North East on Lint Hill Rd. when his vehicle lost traction and left the roadway. The vehicle collided with the utility pole then came to rest in a field near the roadway. No injuries were reported from the collision. Fairbrother was issued citations for speed not reasonable, failure to use seat belt and having an open container of an alcoholic beverage inside his vehicle. Fairbrother was ordered to appear in the town of Cohocton court at a later date to answer the charges.
    Page 2 of 3 - • AVOCA | Deputies report the arrest of Shannon M. Niver, 34, of Middle Rd., Horseheads for felony driving while intoxicated. On Feb. 16 at about 2:14 a.m. deputies conducted a traffic stop on the defendant's vehicle on Interstate 390 in the town of Avoca for a speeding violation. Niver was discovered to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage and was placed under arrest. Niver was charged with speeding reckless driving and felony driving while intoxicated, second offense within ten years. Niver was processed and eventually released on her own recognizance. Niver will return tot he town of Avoca at a later date.
    LIVINGSTON SHERIFFS
    Possession of burglar tools
    LIMA | Deputies report the arrest of Dennis R. O'Connell II, 45, of Lima, NY, Feb. 11. O'Connell was charged with possession of burglar tools. O'Connell will appear in the town of Lima court at a later date to answer the charge.
    Unlawful possession of marijuana
    WEST SPARTA | Deputies report that Casey S. Yeoman, 23, of Dansville, NY, was cited Feb. 14 for unlawful possession of marijuana. Yeoman was released on an appearance ticket to report to the town of West Sparta court at a later date to answer the charge.
    Grand larceny
    LIVONIA | Deputies report the arrest of Anthony R. DiAngelo III, 18, of Scipio Center, NY, Feb. 7. DiAngelo was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny. Following arraignment in the town of Livonia court, DiAngelo was remanded to the Livingston County Jail in lieu of $1,500 cash bail/$3,000 property bond. DiAngelo will return to the town of Livonia court at a later date to answer the charge.

    • LIMA | Deputies report the arrest of Alexander P. Graff, 19, of Honeoye Falls, NY, Feb. 11. Graff was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and speeding. Graff will appear in the town of Lima court at a later date to answer the charges.
    • CALEDONIA | Deputies report the arrest of Kevin R. Thompson, 53, of Leicester, NY, Feb. 9. Thompson was charged with driving while intoxicated, unreasonable speed, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and failure to use designated lane. Thompson will appear in the town of Caledonia court at a later date to answer the charges.
    • LIVONIA | Deputies report the arrest of Jean M. Levey, 55, of Livonia, NY, Feb. 6. Levey was charged with driving while intoxicated, moving from lane unsafely, failure to keep right and unregistered motor vehicle. Levey will appear in the town of Livonia court at a later date to answer the charges.
    • GENESEO | Deputies report the arrest of Macy J. Nahalka, 21, of Nunda, NY, Feb. 13. Nahalka was charged with driving while intoxicated, blood alcohol .18 percent or greater and aggravated driving while intoxicated. Following arraignment in the village of Geneseo court, Nahalka was remanded to the Livingston County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail. Nahalka will return to the village of Geneseo court at a later date to answer the charges.

    LIVONIA | Deputies report the arrest of Patrick M. O'Dea, 49, of Livonia, NY, Feb. 13. O'Dea was charged with second-degree harassment. O'Dea was released on an appearance ticket to appear in the town of Livonia court at a later date to answer the charges.
