BATH - Construction plans for a 64-unit low-income apartment complex at 7181 State Route 54 will be presented to the Bath Village Planning Board at 5:30 p.m. Thursday at the Bath Municipal Building, 110 Liberty St.

Arbor Housing and Development will present to construction plans.

The 7181 State Route 54 site housed a former grocery store and two other smaller buildings, officials said. The site, assessed $395,000, also houses a smaller building and has municipal water and sewer.

Arbor Housing officials could not be reached for comment.

Arbor describes itself on its website as "a progressive, non-profit, 501(c)3 corporation, committed to building independence and creating housing options to underserved populations primarily in the Southern Tier of New York and North Central Pennsylvania."

Other projects that will be presented before the Planning Board include construction of a two-story commercial building on an empty site at 45 Liberty St. and an application for a new Dunkin Donuts drive-through-only store at 7173 State Route 54.
