BATH, NY., Glenn E. Bulkley, 91, passed away at his home in Bath, NY on March 4, 2019 after a long illness.

BATH, NY., Glenn E. Bulkley, 91, passed away at his home in Bath, NY on March 4, 2019 after a long illness.

He was born in Campbell, NY on January 23, 1928, he grew up there and on Mt. Washington, Urbana, NY.

He was predeceased by his father, Sylvanus A. Bulkley; his mother, Hazel Mae (Stinson) Bulkley; and brother S. Sgt Robert S. Bulkley Sr.

He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Norma (Bottum) Bulkley and his sons, Steven and LeRoy.

Glenn made his living as an electric lineman, steelworker and teamster. He was a long-standing member of the IBEW. He and Norma raised their family in Norwich, NY, afterward returning to Bath to care for elderly parents.

An Army and Air Force veteran, Glenn served in the postwar occupation of Germany and, later,
of Japan.

For many years he volunteered with the American Legion Auxiliary’s memorial poppy program.

Private Services will be at the convenience of the family. Burial will be at Seaman Cemetery
Savona, NY.
