Cohocton, NY: Kassie, 37, was born in Winter Haven, FL on August 30th, 1983. She passed away peacefully on February 10th, 2021 after a life long battle with Juvenile Diabetes.

She was married to her forever sweetheart, Brad Fairbrother, on July 14, 2018 after 16 years together. Kassie is survived by her most loving husband, Brad, two sons Austin and Jack of Cohocton, a step-son, Dakota of Wayland, her father Mel Olmsted of Avoca, her mother Molly Chaney (Mike) of Zephyrhills, FL, brother Travis Olmsted (Amber) of Avoca, a step-sister Christina Lee (Anthony) of Louisburg, NC, several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins, and her dearest friend Melissa Edwards of Avoca, as well as many other friends, colleagues and former Avoca Central School Teachers.

There will be a celebration of Kassie's life at the Cohocton American Legion on Saturday, July 17th 2021 from 11am – 2pm. Any contributions may be made by going to GoFundMe, and entering "Love For The Fairbrother's".
