Emily Ann Guse

Bath, NY - Emily Ann Guse, 89, passed away on Monday September 27, 2021 at her home. She was born in Milo, Kansas on November 7, 1931.

She was predeceased by her parents, 1 brother and 1 sister.

She is survived by her loving husband of 69 years William" Bill" Guse, brother William H. (Arletta) Guse, son Roy (Susan) Guse, daughter JoAnna (Art) Stange, grandchildren Rheta (Michael) Thola and Racheal Guse, great grandchildren Lydia and Nathanael.

She managed the office at Royal Short Run Stamping (which her & husband owned) in Rochester, NY. She was a very hard worker who worked long hours on a regular basis.

Emily was a member of the St. Paul Lutheran Church in Cohocton for numerous years.

She also was a pianist and organist for several other churches in the area.

For many years she worked for the Girl Scouts and Visiting Nurse Service.

Her hobbies were fishing, hunting, gardening, canning, cooking, baking, and working in the yard and woods. She had the opportunity to live in several different states & she enjoyed sharing her stories with people about her experiences. She's now in heaven, God's Home.

Per her request there will be no services.

In lieu of flowers Memorials maybe made in Emily's name to the Steuben Office of Aging, 3 East Pulteney Square, Bath, NY 14810.

Arrangements are being handled by Bond-Davis Funeral Home of Bath.
