Jennette Martha Kuhlmann

Prattsburgh - Jennette Martha Kuhlmann, 80, of Prattsburgh, NY passed away among family on Sunday (October 17, 2021) from a short illness at Hornell Gardens.

She is predeceased by her husband of 40 years, Willard "Spud" Kuhlmann; her sister, Maureen Schrier; and her parents, Maurice and Martha Hoyt. She is survived by her sister, Elizabeth Bailey; her three sons, Michael (Mary), Jeff and Jason; and three grandchildren, Michele (Jared), Michael (Emily), and Alicia (Brandon). Jennette was also a beloved Great-Grandmother to three, Aurora, Nora and Solomon.

Jennette was raised in Hammondsport NY, graduated from Prattsburgh Central School, and moved to North Platte, Nebraska when she married Spud. The couple raised all three of their boys on their ranch in North Platte. Jennette and Spud then returned with their family to New York where they could spend time with their children and grandchildren.

Jennette and Spud were devoted members of the Faith Lutheran Church in Corning NY and spent their lives restoring houses and raising livestock. Jennette was loved by all her family and will not soon be forgotten.

Funeral and burial arrangements are pending and will be announced at a later time.

The LaMarche Funeral Home, 35 Main St., Hammondsport is honored to assist Jennette's family with the arrangements.
