Howard - Helen D. Peters, 97, of Nicholson Rd. passed away Tuesday evening Nov. 30, 2021, at St. James Hospital in Hornell following a brief illness.

She is survived by three daughters: Carol (Jim) Poust of Savona, Darlene (Keith) Duke of Walnutport, Pa. and Sharon (Rick) Seratt of Avoca, one sister Lorraine Carom of Alburtis, Pa., 14 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren (with two on the way), nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her husband Emory Peters, a son David E. Peters, two brothers Alfred and Monroe Peter, two sisters Grace German and Viola McClellan.

The family will receive friends from 2-3 pm Sunday Dec. 5 at the Buena Vista Wesleyan Church, Cty. Rte. 69 in Canisteo where funeral and committal services will follow calling hours at 3:00 pm.

Burial will be in Union Church Cemetery, Neffs, Pa.
