Carol Dorothy Ball, 77, of Hammondsport, NY, passed away on 1/2/2022, at Corning Hospital.

Carol was born in Brooklyn, NY to Robert and Francis Hicks on 12/17/1944. She went to high school at Hammondsport High School and graduated in 1964. She worked as a ballroom dance instructor for Arthur Murray dance studio and as a tour guide at Gold Seal Winery. She enjoyed drawing, crafting, puzzles, and spending time with her family.

Carol is survived by her husband, Neal Ball; her children Sean Hamilton, Melissa Delpapa, Amy Tudi-Akaka, Joey Tudi, and Meranda Kohlenberg; her stepchildren Donnie Ball, and Amanda Ball; her 20 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren; her sister Renee Wheeler, brothers Robert Hicks and Michael Hicks. She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Francis Hicks, her sister Barbara Burdick, her brother Gary Hicks, and her step-grandson Christopher Delpapa.
