CORNING - The Corning Community College baseball team supported the Dave Clark Foundation’s event Saturday at Tuller Field.

The Disability Dream and Do (D3Day) sports camps were created by Dave Clark, the only pitcher in professional sports history to pitch on crutches, and Doug Cornfield, a former NCAA medal winning runner at Georgia.

The camps allow players to interact with children with special needs in various drills and compete in sports with no limitations.

"It was an honor for the CCC Baseball team to work directly with Dave Clark and his foundation," said new Corning Community College head coach Chris Karam. "It was heartwarming to see the participants and players share their love of the game with each other."
