There were no deaths reported over the weekend. The total remains 1,069 to date.
There were 142 new COVID-19 cases reported on Monday. The seven-day rolling average positivity rate for Monroe County is 2.2%.
In the Finger Lakes region, 323 people were hospitalized, 74 of them in ICUs.
On a seven-day rolling average in the Finger Lakes region, 40% of local hospital beds were available.
The percentage of total hospital beds available in the Finger Lakes region on a 7-day rolling average is 40%.
Monroe County has rescheduled all vaccination appointments for Tuesday, Feb. 16 due to a heavy winter storm Monday night into Tuesday.
The rescheduling impacts all appointments at the Rochester Riverside Convention Center and the County Fleet Center.
COVID vaccination appointments at Rochester Riverside Convention Center scheduled to take place on Tuesday, have been moved to Wednesday, Feb. 17, at the same location and same appointment time, the county advises.
Anyone scheduled for a COVID-19 vaccination at the Fleet Center on Tuesday, your appointment will now be on Thursday, Feb. 18, at the same location and same appointment time.

COVID-19 Rapid testing sites at Temple B'rith Kodesh in Brighton (from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. Tuesday) and at the Wilson Foundation (from 4 to 7 p.m.) are cancelled due to the wintry weather, city and county officials announced Tuesday morning.
Residents with a scheduled appointment at either of these locations can go to the following locations without an appointment. (Brighton will remain strictly by appointment only.)
- Wednesday, Feb. 17: Jefferson High School, 11 a.m. – 2 p.m., Gates Memorial Park, 3 to 8 p.m.
- Thursday, Feb. 18: Brighton Temple B’rith Kodesh, 1:30 to 3:30 p.m., Irondequoit DPW, 5 to 8 p.m.
- Saturday, Feb. 20: East High School, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Monroe County residents who wish to be tested may make an appointment through the county portal at www.monroecounty.gov/health-covid-19-testing.
