Cocaine

Bath Village Police report the arrest of Kevon L. Pearson, 26, of 100 W. Steuben Street, Bath. Pearson has been charged with two counts each of criminal sale and third degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. The charges stem from a six month long investigation conducted by the District Attorney's drug initiative team into the sale of cocaine in the Village of Bath. Pearson was arraigned in front of Steuben County Court Judge Peter Bradstreet and remanded to the Steuben County Jail in lieu of $20,000 cash/$40,000 property bond bail.

Criminal mischief

Sheriff deputies arrested Karl. B. Wilcox, 42, of County Route 74, Town of Pulteney following a domestic dispute that occurred Tuesday, Nov. 17 at his residence. Wilcox was charged with fourth degree criminal mischief, endangering the welfare of a child and second degree unlawful imprisonment. Wilcox was arraigned in the Town of Bath Court and remanded to the Steuben County Jail in lieu of bail $1,000 cash/$2,000 property. Wilcox will return to the Town of Pulteney Court at a later date to answer to the charges.

Grand larceny

Sheriff deputies report the arrest of two Jasper residents on Saturday, Nov. 21 following an investigation into stolen farm equipment in the Town of Troupsburg. Tyler S. O'Dell, 18, of County Route 31 and Jessie J. Graham, 19, of State Route 36 were both charged with petit larceny and are scheduled to appear in the Town of Troupsburg Court at a later date. Graham was then turned over to Alfred Village Police on an arrest warrant and charged with fourth degree grand larceny.

Criminal mischief

Sheriff deputies report the arrest of a Jasper resident on Thursday, Nov. 19 for third degree criminal mischief. Joshua R. Oles, 29, of State Route 417, Jasper was charged after an investigation into a report that he had vandalized a vehicle parked in front of his residence in the Town of Jasper during the early morning Hours on Oct. 7. The charge alleges that Oles intentionally and having no right to do so damaged a vehicle belonging to another person in an amount of $250.

Oles, currently an inmate at the Steuben County Jail for other charges, was arrested at the jail and transported to the Bath Town Court for arraignment. Oles was directed to appear in the Town of Jasper Court at a later date. Bail was set in the amount of $5,000 cash/$10,000 property bond. Oles was then remanded back to the Steuben County Jail in lieu of bail.

Assisting the Sheriff's Office with the incident was the Steuben County District Attorney's Office.

Rape

Bath Village Police arrested Ryan M. Aldrich, 22, of 69 Rumsey Street, Apt. B, Bath, on Nov. 18 with second-degree rape and second-degree criminal sexual activity.

Criminal possession

Bath Village Police arrested Kevon L. Pearson, 26, of 100 W. Steuben Street, Apt. 201, Bath. He was charged with four counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Marijuana

• Bath Village Police arrested Jeffrey M. Piatt, 21, of 19 Rumsey Street, Bath on Nov. 20 with unlawful possession of marijuana.

• Bath Village Police arrested Brian R. Girardi, 19, of 19 Smith Road, Millport,  on Nov. 20 with unlawful possession of marijuana.

• Bath Village Police arrested Jason D. Girardi, 25, of 2070 Hangar Access Road, Fort Drum on Nov. 20 with unlawful possession of marijuana.

Petit larceny

Bath Village Police arrested Mirza Imitiez Rahman, 45, of 10 W. Washington Street, Bath with petit larceny.
