Staff reports

• Kym Wilson, of 19 Hudson St., Bath was sentenced to a 90-day suspended license, drunk driver program, victim impact panel for driving while under the influence of alcohol. Wilson was fined $300, with a $260 surcharge.

• Karen Aumick, of 81 Main St., Savona, was sentenced to a 90-day suspended license, drunk driver program, victim impact panel for driving while under the influence of alcohol. Aumick was fined $500, with a $260 surcharge.

• George Brush, of 6507 Erie Ave., Bath, was fined $500 with a $205 surcharge for third-degree assault.

• Charles Butler, no address, was sentenced to 270 in jail for violation of probation and second-degree criminal contempt.

• Leroy Parsons, 61 Main St., Savona, was sentenced to 3 years probation,  drunk driver program, victim impact panel, electronic home monitoring, ignition interlock device for aggravated driving while intoxicated. Parsons was fined $1,800 plus restitution.

• Susan Nealy, of 2944 Main St., Corning, was sentenced to a 1 year order of protection for second-degree harassment. Nealy was fined $75, with a $125 surcharge.

Cody Masti, of 7975 Dusenberry Road, Savona, was sentenced to 1 year conditional discharge, 3 year order of protection for second-degree aggravated harassment. Masti was charged a 4205 surcharge.

• Kyle Jann, of 206 Haverling St., Bath, was sentenced to a 90-day suspended license, drunk driver program, victim impact panel for driving while under the influence of alcohol. Jann was fined $300, with a $260 surcharge.

• Jodi E. Francis, of 7193 Kniffen Road, was sentenced to 3 years probation,  victim impact panel,  ignition interlock device for aggravated driving while intoxicated with blood alcohole level greater than 0.08 percent. Francis was fined $1,800, with a $400 surcharge.

• Sarah Tiffany, 21 Dogwood St., Bath, was sentenced to a 90-day suspended license, drunk driver program, victim impact panel for driving while under the influence of alcohol. Tiffany was fined $500, with a $260 surcharge.
