Petit larceny, AUO, false impersonation, multiple charges and much more
BATH | Robert Emmett Bridge, Jr., 58, 230 Cambridge Road, Clifton Heights, Pa., was charged Jan. 5 with petit larceny.
BATH | Caterina Noel Abate, P.O. Box 108, Prattsburgh, was charged Jan. 5, with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator, no inspection, suspended registration, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, and failure to change address.
BATH | Christine Michelle Stevens, 20, of 7801 Route 54, Bath, was charged Jan. 6 with false impersonation.
BATH | Jared Steven Silva, 32, of 20 1/2 E. William St., Apt. 102, was charged Tuesday with endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree harassment.
THURSTON | Deputies report the arrest of Michael P. Gauss, 30, of Thurston on a bench warrant for failing to appear on second-degree aggravated unlicensed operator charge. The warrant was issued out the town of Bath court. Gauss was arraigned in the village of Savona court and remanded to Steuben County Jail on cash bail. He will appear in the town of Bath court at a later date.
CORNING | Deputies report the arrest of Rhondell D. Johnson, 35, of E. Third Street in the city of Corning. Johnson was arrested while in the Steuben County Office Building Parking Lot for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation after deputies observed Johnson driving while having knowledge that his drivers license was suspended. Johnson was issued an appearance ticket and released to a third party.
HORNBY | Deputies report the arrest of a Watkins Glen resident in the early morning hours of Jan. 6. Jerry L. Wilson, 38, of Walt Gilbert Road, Watkins Glen was arrested and charged with felony driving while intoxicated and failure to reduce speed for special hazard. Deputies responded to Chambers Road in the town of Hornby for the report of a one car roll over motor vehicle accident. Wilson was transported to Corning Hospital and released. Wilson will appear in the town of Hornby court at a later date.
HOWARD | Deputies report the arrest of Christopher L. Stevens, 47, of Windfall Road, Canisteo for DWI and speed not reasonable and prudent after the vehicle operated by Stevens was found in a ravine off Cunningham Creek Road in the town of Canisteo. Deputies located Stevens at St. James Mercy Hospital a short time later where he was charged. Stevens will appear in the town of Howard court at a later date.

Julie A. Poklinkowski, 50, of Hammondsport, was arrested for second-degree harassment following a domestic disturbance.
