Unlawful possession of marijuana

BATH | Bath State Police arrested Christopher A. Adams, 27, of Hammondsport for unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop on October 28.

DWI

• BATH | Bath State Police arrested Jennifer M. Schwan, 28, of Savona for driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .11 percent following a complaint on October 27.

• SAVONA | Bath State Police located a pick up truck in a ditch on West Road in the town of Bradford on October 30. Following an investigation, Robert J. Root, 49, of Savona was arrested for driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .10 percent.

Several charges

BATH | Bath State Police arrested Sherri L. Ball, 38, of Bath for felony driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .22 percent, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and several other traffic violations on October 27.

Stolen ATVs

• WOODHULL | Troopers are seeking information about the recent thefts of two ATVs from Lamb and Webster in the town of Woodhull. Stolen were a 2012 Kabota RTV1100CW side-by-side ATV and a 2012 Kabota RTV900XTWA side-by-side ATV. The first ATV was recovered by Pennsylvania State Police on Monday in Westfield.??

Lamb and Webster is offering a cash reward for information leading to an ??arrest.

Disorderly conduct

COOPERS | Deputies report the arrest of two male juveniles at the Coopers GST Boces Campus on Tuesday at about 1 p.m. Two students were arrested for disorderly conduct for an incident that occurred in the cafeteria. The two males were issued appearance tickets and will answer the charges against them in the town of Campbell court at a later date.

Several charges

CORNING | Deputies report the arrest of a town of Corning resident November 2 for one count of criminal obstruction of breathing, one count of endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree harassment. Jason C. Baker, 34, of Bailey Creek Rd., was arrested and charged after deputies investigated a complaint from October 21. Baler was arraigned in the town of Corning court where he was released on his own recognizance with an order of protection put into place. He will reappear in court at a later date.
