Bath falls to rival Raiders

Hornell took an early lead and maintained it through an evenly-played second half as the Red Raiders defeated Bath 60-44 on Tuesday.

Hornell was led by Keegan Bradley and Julian Reinhart who scored 12 points each. Dominic Scavo helped, scoring 10 points. Jim Dagon chipped in eight points. Scavo and Reinhart each hit two 3-pointers.

The Rams were led by Eric Ratchford who scored 12 points, including a pair of 3-pointers. Dan Leonard and Trevor Lang each chipped in seven points.

Hornell took an early lead by outscoring Bath 21-11 in the first quarter. The Red Raiders continued to pull away and extended the advantage in the second quarter by outscoring Bath, 14-5.

Down by 19, the Rams came out in the second half and matched Hornell point for point, but could not dig itself out of the hole.

Bath welcomes Livonia at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
