As of the reporting deadline on June 6th, Danks Burke had received 545 contributions from individuals. In the spring quarter to date, Danks Burke reported raising $119,171.63, surpassing expectations. 

In total, Danks Burke has raised $221,762.42 since the start of the campaign this spring. 

Danks Burke reported $88,152.84 cash on hand. 

 “The momentum we’re building in this campaign is due to the overwhelming enthusiasm of supporters from all around the district,” said Danks Burke.  “We will win on June 26th and in November because we have a community behind this campaign that shares our priorities of good living wage jobs, protecting Medicare and fighting for preventative health care.”

June 14th was a mandatory reporting deadline for all Congressional races in New York. Danks Burke is running to win the Democratic nomination for New York’s new 23rd Congressional District. The New York Congressional Primary Election Day is June 26th. 

Danks Burke and her husband live in Tompkins County with their two daughters. She has an accomplished career as an attorney, with a long track record of successful advocacy in civil rights and international issues. She is running for Congress to restore our economy by creating and retaining jobs here in New York.
